Graphic Designer, Key Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer interactions via email and text messages

• Identify customer requirements and propose design and product options

• Assist customers from initial concept to final order completion

• Establish lasting customer relationships through outstanding service

• Create custom apparel designs utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

• Develop production-ready mockups and artwork

• Modify designs for screen printing and embroidery applications

• Ensure that artwork aligns with production specifications and quality standards

• Handle numerous customer orders at the same time

• Manage artwork approvals, proofs, production schedules, and deliveries

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely project completion

• Prioritize customer projects based on engagement levels and deadlines

• Keep precise records of customer and order information in CRM systems

• Monitor project progress from the initial inquiry to delivery

• Organize customer communications and project details to keep them current

• Proficient in English (C1) with strong written communication capabilities

• Professional background as a Graphic Designer with a robust portfolio

• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

• Comprehensive knowledge of typography, composition, color theory, and visual design principles

• Familiarity with print production needs and artwork preparation for screen printing and embroidery

• Experience in direct communication with customers

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

• Self-driven with the capacity to work independently in a remote setting

• Dependable computer and internet access

• Portfolio showcasing strong graphic design and creative problem-solving abilities

• Insight into print-ready artwork and production constraints

• Ability to communicate professionally with customers based in the U.S.

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Customer service-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail

• Capability to handle multiple projects while ensuring quality and adhering to deadlines

• Submission of CV in English is required

• A graphic design portfolio must be submitted; applications lacking a portfolio will not be considered
