Graduate Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Supervise recruitment for early-career positions within operations, commercial, strategy, product, growth, and core departments.

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of recruitment for graduates, interns, and entry-level positions.

• Develop, enhance, and sustain strategic partnerships with universities, career services, academic leaders, and student organizations.

• Create and implement targeted campus attraction initiatives throughout the UK.

• Participate in career fairs, guest lectures, and networking events at universities across the UK.

• Manage CV evaluations, interviews, assessments, and the recruitment process.

• Collaborate with leadership and team leads to assess hiring requirements and establish candidate profiles.

• Ensure a compelling candidate experience from campus outreach to offer acceptance and remote onboarding.

• Monitor key metrics related to pipeline conversion.

• Proficiency in navigating university networks, career centers, and student groups.

• Proven experience in managing recruitment processes for graduates, interns, and entry-level roles.

• Capability to establish and maintain relationships with universities, career services, academic leaders, and student organizations.

• Skills in designing and executing campus attraction campaigns throughout the UK.

• Experience with CV evaluations, interviews, assessments, and recruitment processes.

• Ability to collaborate with leadership and team leads to identify hiring needs and candidate profiles.

• Competence in monitoring pipeline conversion metrics.

• Capability to assist with remote onboarding.
