This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.
• Oversee and sustain various government contract vehicles and related obligations, such as GSA and NASA SEWP.
• Keep a strong understanding of GSA Schedules, GSA Advantage, NASA SEWP, and additional federal contract vehicles.
• Track updates to contracts, modifications, renewals, reporting obligations, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate contract information, pricing, products, and documentation.
• Act as an internal reference for inquiries regarding government contracts and ordering procedures.
• Supervise daily operations linked to GSA and NASA SEWP contracts.
• Assist with contract modifications, product updates, pricing adjustments, and overall contract maintenance.
• Liaise with manufacturers, distributors, and vendors to gather necessary documentation and information.
• Ensure contract compliance and verify that internal teams adhere to relevant requirements.
• Seek out opportunities to enhance offerings and increase revenue through existing contract vehicles.
• Manage Tech Refresh initiatives and incorporate new products, manufacturers, SKUs, and technologies into contracts.
• Develop, document, and uphold internal processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Create workflows for contract requests, product additions, pricing, documentation, approvals, and compliance.
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend enhancements.
• Design tools, templates, trackers, and workflows for effective contract management.
• Streamline repetitive tasks and boost operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement technological solutions that enhance efficiency and minimize manual labor.
• Enhance system integrations and data flow alongside technical resources.
• Assist government clients and internal personnel by clarifying requirements and addressing issues.
• Foster relationships with customers, employees, vendors, manufacturers, and stakeholders involved in government contracts.
• Proactively communicate status updates, requirements, deadlines, and potential issues.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• At least 5 years of experience in federal government contracts, contract vehicles, or government procurement.
• Direct experience with GSA and NASA SEWP is highly preferred.
• Strong grasp of federal government contracting and purchasing procedures.
• Proven experience managing multiple government contract vehicles.
• Familiarity with GSA Schedule/GSA Advantage and NASA SEWP processes, requirements, and contract maintenance.
• Knowledge of Tech Refresh/product addition procedures is greatly valued.
• Experience in creating and documenting business processes, SOPs, and workflows.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Technologically adept with the capability to understand systems, integrations, data flow, and automation prospects.
• Comfortable utilizing CRM, ERP, quoting, contract management, or other business systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a small business setting and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional interpersonal capabilities.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Fully remote work option available for qualified residents of DC, MD, and VA.
