This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement strategies for government accounts concerning AXPAXLI/OTX-TKI, DEXTENZA, and upcoming Ocular products.

• Collaborate with MACs, VA, DoD/DHA, Medicaid, and other government-related payers to enhance access, reimbursement, policy, and readiness for launches.

• Analyze and interpret trends related to policy, coverage, coding, payment, formulary, and utilization management.

• Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment of evidence, messaging, field execution, and compliant engagement strategies.

• Convert payer insights into actionable recommendations for launch planning, account prioritization, and enhancing patient access.

• Serve as the representative for government payers during internal planning discussions and executive briefings.

• Direct the strategy and engagement with government payers across public-sector channels.

• Anticipate the access requirements for the retina pipeline while also supporting the existing ophthalmology product portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Over 12 years of experience in biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, market access, reimbursement, government accounts, payer strategy, or commercial roles.

• Extensive knowledge of Medicare Part B, MAC coverage processes, VA/DoD access, Medicaid policies, buy-and-bill reimbursement, coding, and coverage strategies.

• Prior experience in ophthalmology, retina, specialty pharmacy, medical benefits, or provider-administered products is preferred.

• Proven ability to cultivate trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence complex access decisions in a compliant manner.

• Exceptional communication, strategic planning, analytical, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
