Google Ads Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance Google Ads campaigns specifically for law firms.

• Perform keyword research and create high-intent search campaigns.

• Oversee bidding strategies, budgets, negative keywords, audiences, and ad copy.

• Enhance conversion rates while minimizing the cost per qualified lead.

• Collaborate on landing pages and propose improvements for conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• Establish and troubleshoot conversion tracking.

• Assess lead quality beyond just form submissions.

• Provide reports on cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, qualified leads, expenditure, and return on investment (ROI).

• Continuously test and refine campaigns to boost lead volume.

• Articulate campaign performance and directly manage campaign strategy, keyword research, ad copy, and bidding.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of practical experience with Google Ads.

• Direct experience in managing Google Ads for law firms.

• Proven ability to generate over 50 qualified legal leads each month.

• Experience in managing significant monthly advertising budgets.

• In-depth knowledge of Search campaigns, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.

• Strong grasp of landing page conversion optimization techniques.

• Capability to clearly articulate reasons behind campaign performance, whether positive or negative.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient English communication skills.

• Experience in high-value legal practice areas such as personal injury, criminal defense, family law, immigration, estate planning, probate, or similar fields is a significant advantage.
