Go-to-Market Working Student

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist Heartbeat AI in executing go-to-market strategies across various markets.

• Extract, organize, and verify performance data related to pricing, packaging, and positioning initiatives.

• Conduct pricing and packaging analysis across different markets.

• Investigate positioning strategies, competitor actions, and market developments.

• Synthesize research insights into clear and comparable summaries.

• Aid in data analysis for monetization decisions and enhance understanding of unit economics.

• Manage logistics and follow-ups with stakeholders in Product, Tech, Marketing, and Sales across regions.

• Engage in relevant cross-functional meetings.

• Maintain performance dashboards and trackers that span multiple markets.

• Take ownership of well-defined tasks and small projects from start to finish.

• Report to the Go-to-Market Director and collaborate with global Go-to-Market team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business, Energy Economics, or a related discipline.

• Available to work approximately 15–20 hours per week while studying.

• A genuine interest in go-to-market strategies, pricing, or product strategy.

• A structured and dependable approach to tasks.

• Proficient with spreadsheets and data analysis.

• An affinity for numbers and unit economics.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude in asking questions or addressing inconsistencies.

• Quick learner, comfortable with new tools and adapting to a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and cultures across multiple markets.

• Fluent in English at C1/C2 level, both spoken and written.

• Proficiency in additional European languages, such as German, Italian, or Spanish, is advantageous.

• Previous experience in the energy market or a tech/startup setting is a plus, but not mandatory.
