Go-to-Market Working Student

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist Heartbeat AI's market entry strategies across various regions.

• Extract, organize, and validate performance data related to pricing, packaging, and positioning efforts.

• Conduct pricing and packaging analyses in different markets.

• Investigate positioning strategies, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

• Develop a foundational understanding of Heartbeat AI's unit economics through monetization data analysis.

• Manage logistics and follow-up communications with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Sales teams across different areas.

• Participate in relevant cross-functional meetings.

• Maintain performance dashboards and tracking systems for multiple markets.

• Take ownership of well-defined tasks and small projects from start to finish.

• Report to the Go-to-Market Director and collaborate with global Go-to-Market team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business, Energy Economics, or a related discipline.

• Available to work approximately 15 to 20 hours per week while studying.

• Interest in go-to-market strategies, pricing, or product management.

• Organized and dependable; capable of following through and identifying obstacles early.

• Proficient in working with spreadsheets and data analysis.

• Strong interest in numbers and unit economics.

• Excellent communication skills and a readiness to ask questions or address inconsistencies.

• Quick learner comfortable with new tools and adapting to a fast-paced environment.

• Able to collaborate with diverse teams and cultures across various markets.

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) in both written and spoken forms.

• Proficiency in additional European languages such as German, Italian, or Spanish is advantageous.

• Previous experience in the energy sector or a technology/startup environment is a plus but not mandatory.
