Go-to-Market Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement the strategy for entering and growing in the Netherlands market

• Determine key customer segments within retail, hospitality, and food industry suppliers

• Establish connections with essential stakeholders and partners

• Tailor positioning, messaging, and campaigns to suit the Dutch market

• Develop and negotiate collaboration agreements with pertinent organizations and networks

• Guide potential customers from the initial discussion to the signing of contracts

• Work alongside Tech, Marketing, Sales, and Analytics teams on go-to-market strategies

• Oversee the local execution of go-to-market initiatives

• Keep an eye on market trends, customer demands, and the competitive environment

• Monitor and report on key metrics, refining strategy based on performance outcomes

• Contribute to expanding the market for an AI-driven solution aimed at reducing food waste

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in go-to-market strategy, business development, or market entry

• Preferably experience in SaaS, food technology, or sustainability sectors

• Familiarity with the Dutch food industry, encompassing food retail and food service

• Entrepreneurial spirit with the capability to work autonomously in a fast-paced start-up environment

• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities

• Native Dutch speaker

• Proficient in English

• Strong grasp of Dutch business culture

• Data-driven mindset for decision-making and performance tracking

• Passion for sustainability and initiatives aimed at reducing food waste
