Go to Market Automation Specialist I

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and upkeep of GTM workflows focused on partner acquisition and end-user engagement.

• Integrate various tools with the CRM and external data sources to ensure clean and usable B2B2C lifecycle data.

• Oversee and troubleshoot onboarding processes and consumer adoption pipelines.

• Identify and report data quality issues.

• Contribute to multi-channel initiatives across email, LinkedIn, in-app, and other communication platforms.

• Collaborate with teams in Sales, Partner Success, Revenue Operations, Client Success, and Marketing.

• Assist with delegated projects and live experiments in line with the Revenue Operations strategy.

• Help establish and monitor messaging and targeting tests for business partners and end users.

• Create and maintain dashboards to track performance, partner health, client outcomes, and consumer adoption rates.

• Ensure documentation is up-to-date for tools, workflows, and best practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Go-to-Market Automation, Revenue Operations, or Growth Operations, preferably within a B2B2C or SaaS environment.

• Proficiency in HubSpot, including basic workflows, automation, and reporting capabilities.

• Comprehension of clean, actionable data and consumer lifecycle segmentation.

• Experience in building dashboards and analyzing user adoption and experimental results.

• Familiarity with GTM or lifecycle tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, or consumer engagement platforms.

• Basic project management skills with a focus on coordinating tasks, timelines, and stakeholders.

• Interest in leveraging AI tools for research, personalization, and data enrichment.

• A collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

• Legal authorization to work in Canada.
