Go Developer – Private Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and implement back-end services in Go for the private cloud platform.

• Create and maintain Kubernetes operators and controllers in Go.

• Test, debug, and enhance existing infrastructure applications.

• Engage in migrating current workloads to the new platform.

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitLab for services under your ownership.

• Collaborate with architects, functional designers, and other experts on system and application design.

• Conduct code reviews.

• Produce technical documentation.

• Share expertise within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional back-end development experience.

• A minimum of 2 years in building production services using Go.

• Proficient in Go concurrency (goroutines, channels, context, sync).

• Familiarity with the Go standard library.

• Experience in developing REST and gRPC services.

• Proven experience in creating CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.

• Comprehensive experience throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.

• Skilled in writing tests in Go using the standard testing package and frameworks like Testify or Ginkgo.

• Experience in building and operating containerized applications on Linux.

• Ability to debug services, analyze logs, and troubleshoot basic networking issues on hosts.

• Proficient in English at B2 level or higher.

• Experience with Kubernetes operators or controllers developed in Go.

• Knowledge of Python, including Pytest.

• Familiarity with Robot Framework.

• Experience with Helm, Kustomize, and GitOps.

• Knowledge of HashiCorp Vault and Terraform.

• CKA or CKAD certification is a plus but not mandatory.
