This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +3 more countries.
• Lead the global marketing strategy and structure.
• Enhance the company's positioning in a fast-evolving market.
• Reinforce brand and category leadership.
• Develop a high-performing marketing engine that converts market opportunities into sustainable revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer teams on the go-to-market strategy in key regions, especially North America.
• Align Product Marketing, Brand & Content, and Demand Generation with shared business objectives.
• Propel market awareness, positioning, pipeline development, conversion, and revenue impact.
• Grasp the company’s culture, marketing strategy, positioning, organization, processes, and performance management within the first month.
• Create a diagnostic assessment and pinpoint improvement opportunities.
• Develop an 18-month roadmap for the Marketing team within three months.
• Validate the messaging framework and content strategy.
• Manage relationships with analysts and establish connections with key clients.
• Lead strategic company initiatives within 12 months.
• Oversee and direct renaming/rebranding and repositioning decisions.
• Shift demand generation focus from demand capture to demand creation.
• Assist revenue growth by scaling outbound efforts to 50% of pipeline creation.
• Report directly to CEO Benjamin Marchal.
• Gradually expand into a broader CMO-level role.
• Over 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Experience in HR Tech, Future of Work, collaboration, productivity, or knowledge/AI platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Expertise in at least three of the following areas: product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, and branding.
• Exceptional communication abilities; expected to be a prominent voice in the market.
• Servant leadership approach to guide a team of over 20 members.
• Experience with rebranding/renaming is a plus.
• Proficient in English (US/UK).
• Passion for the company's work environment and culture.
• Demonstrated VP/SVP-level marketing leadership experience in a high-growth setting.
