This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take charge of the worldwide commercial implementation of the IFS Loops portfolio.
• Transform sales initiatives and commercial strategies into field actions and operational rhythms.
• Generate demand and execute volume initiatives through the Core sales organization.
• Develop and manage larger-deal motions at scale across different regions.
• Take ownership of Core attach and standalone motions at scale.
• Analyze, assess, retire, and refine sales strategies based on conversion data.
• Manage regional RVP rhythms focusing on pipeline, deal risk, and committed closures.
• Conduct seller-level working sessions on qualification, value propositions, competitive positioning, and closing strategies.
• Foster alignment between Core and AI sellers while addressing obstacles.
• Oversee the global creation and advancement of the Loops pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing to transform plays into campaigns and qualified opportunities.
• Provide support for deal shaping and closing on larger endeavors, including pricing, packaging, value propositions, and engagement with executives.
• Team up with the Strategic Seller – Global Loops on strategic initiatives.
• Represent strategic initiatives in leadership meetings and the global forecast.
• Transfer strategic deal capabilities and insights into broader field initiatives.
• Maintain the global IFS Loops revenue forecast and report performance to the SVP of Industrial AI and senior management.
• Monitor deal composition across strategic, larger-deal, and standalone-and-attach motions.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Presales, Product Management, Partner teams, Marketing, and Product Marketing on field execution and preparedness.
• Over 7 years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS within sales management, GTM execution, sales strategy, or business development, with direct responsibility for revenue generation.
• Proven experience managing a sales forecast at either regional or global levels, including the operational cadence and inspection discipline involved.
• Demonstrated success in conducting operational rhythms with sales leadership and individual sellers, including pipeline reviews, deal assessments, and recovery planning.
• Experience in building and scaling a repeatable mid-to-large deal motion, not limited to enterprise strategic pursuits.
• Hands-on experience in deal shaping and closing, including commercial constructs, pricing and packaging strategies, value propositions, and executive engagement.
• Proven experience in driving demand generation and pipeline creation in collaboration with Marketing, with responsibility for qualified outcomes.
• Track record of influencing a global, matrixed sales organization without direct authority, ensuring alignment between core and specialist sellers.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven enterprise software, including agentic platforms, optimization, simulation, decision intelligence, or autonomous operations.
• Excellent commercial and revenue acumen, with fluency in deal constructs, pricing mechanics, and value selling.
• Strong program and cadence discipline.
