Global Support Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Deliver prompt and top-notch support to our current publishers.

• Detect and address technical and operational challenges.

• Evaluate publisher performance and apply strategies to enhance revenue.

• Discover and implement upselling opportunities for MGID offerings.

• Keep precise activity records in HubSpot.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with existing publishers.

• Optimize accounts and drive revenue through effective upselling.

• Reduce publisher churn.

• Ensure portfolio performance and maintain publisher satisfaction.

• Meet team revenue and margin objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital advertising, account management, publisher support, or a related field.

• Capability to establish and nurture strong publisher relationships, identify growth opportunities, and oversee multiple accounts.

• Understanding of digital advertising, website monetization, and metrics such as Revenue, RPM, CPM, and Margin.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and account optimization.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• A proactive and results-driven mindset.

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with publishers, website owners, or advertising networks is advantageous.

• Knowledge of programmatic advertising, Google Ad Manager, and AdSense is a plus.

• Experience with website monetization and revenue optimization is beneficial.

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar tools is a plus.

• Background in upselling and recognizing account growth opportunities is an advantage.

• Proficiency in additional foreign languages is a plus.

• Fluent in Ukrainian.

• Fluent in English.
