
Global Supplier & Warehouse Procurement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +2 more countries.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of global logistics service providers, which includes sourcing, onboarding, performance management, and contract termination.
• Discover and source new warehouse facilities and logistics partners that align with business growth and operational requirements.
• Lead RFIs/RFQs, rate negotiations, and conduct annual renegotiations.
• Develop and manage supplier contracts, pricing structures, and procurement frameworks effectively.
• Establish and maintain supplier relationships while monitoring QBRs, KPIs, cost savings, and necessary corrective actions.
• Coordinate the setup and implementation of new service centers, distribution hubs, and logistics operations on a global scale.
• Plan ramp-up and ramp-down activities for logistics operations.
• Standardize and optimize procurement processes, tools, and documentation.
• Contribute to digitalization and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Ensure procurement activities align with forecasts, operations, maintenance, and development projects.
• Assist in improving warehouse and supply chain processes.
• Manage procurement administration, which includes rate uploads, invoice and claims resolution, and infrastructure coordination.
• Act as an escalation point for operational and structural challenges across warehouse and logistics networks.
• Proven experience in supplier management and strategic procurement.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (GDP, GMP) and cold chain logistics standards.
• Exceptional skills in tender management, contract and pricing negotiations, and supplier performance management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain/logistics processes and procurement best practices.
• Experience working within a multinational organization and with international partners.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on cost, risk, and company needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and capability to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.
• Hands-on approach with a strong process-oriented mindset.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate without sponsorship to Spain, Portugal, or Poland.
• Must have authorization to work in the current country of residence without sponsorship.
