Global Study Manager – Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee global study operations from initiation through execution and conclusion.

• Handle management aspects of assigned studies, including vendor oversight and budget handling.

• Assist in clinical research initiatives aimed at developing new treatments for patients.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on a global scale.

• Aid in the setup, implementation, and completion of assigned clinical trials.

• Contribute to the sponsors’ pipeline by ensuring precise planning and effective trial execution.

• Execute global study-level initiation and site activation strategies.

• Direct the recruitment strategy at the global/regional study level.

• Assist in the formulation of global study-level plans.

• Maintain communication with global and local teams, internal stakeholders, and CRO partners to ensure timely study completion.

• Supervise and coordinate study vendors, ensuring follow-up and timely delivery of vendor outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven Global Study Manager with extensive experience in oncology trials.

• Significant background in clinical trial project management across international studies.

• Global experience in clinical research, healthcare, or within a regulated setting.

• Strong collaborative skills and clear communication abilities.

• Patient-centered approach and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capable of working autonomously and exercising independent judgment.

• A degree in M.S./M.A./Ph.D. or B.A./B.S./nursing is required (Master’s degree preferred).

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in clinical trial management.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal guidance and initiative.

• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• Previous experience at a senior level in study startup is an advantage.
