Global Study Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily activities involved in managing clinical trials.

• Organize and oversee all facets of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute clinical trial protocols and processes.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with trial investigators and key stakeholders.

• Ensure that trials adhere to local, national, and international regulations and ethical standards.

• Address challenges and make essential decisions related to trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

• Assist the team and stakeholders in achieving high-quality results across clinical programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medicine, science, or a relevant combination of education and experience.

• Strong experience in clinical trial management.

• Proven capability to lead the clinical outcomes of a study.

• Expertise in the relevant therapeutic area.

• Previous monitoring experience is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (around 25%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
