Global Study Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of clinical trial management activities.

• Strategize and coordinate all facets of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute clinical trial protocols and procedures.

• Foster and maintain robust relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders.

• Guarantee that trials adhere to local, national, and international regulations as well as ethical standards.

• Address challenges and make pivotal decisions regarding trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

• Assist the team and stakeholders in achieving high-quality results across clinical programs.

• Cultivate team development while managing competing priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medicine, science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Extensive experience in clinical trial management.

• Proven ability to lead the clinical deliverables of a study effectively.

• Expertise in the specific therapeutic area assigned.

• Previous monitoring experience is preferred.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
