Global Study Manager – 6 Month FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee global study operations from initiation through execution and closure.

• Direct the implementation of Start-up and Site Activation Plans at the study level.

• Create and enhance global/regional study-specific Recruitment Strategies.

• Assist in the development of global study-level plans.

• Liaise with global and local teams, internal stakeholders, and CRO partners to ensure efficient and timely delivery of studies.

• Manage and supervise study vendors, including the coordination and follow-up of vendor deliverables.

• Support clinical research initiatives aimed at advancing new treatments for patients.

• Contribute to the setup, execution, and delivery of assigned trials.

• Aid in the delivery of the sponsor’s pipeline through precise planning and effective trial execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing clinical trial projects across international studies.

• Global experience in clinical research, healthcare, or a regulated environment.

• Strong ability to collaborate with teams and communicate effectively.

• Patient-centered approach with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently and make sound judgments.

• An M.S/M.A/Ph.D. or B.A/B.S/nursing degree is required.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in clinical trial management.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in multitasking with minimal guidance and taking initiative.

• Strong skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving.

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

• Preferably, prior and demonstrable experience at a senior level in Study start-up.
