This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Develop and implement a global enablement strategy for NVIDIA solutions tailored for HPE and channel partner teams.
β’ Oversee the complete program management of worldwide enablement initiatives, which includes planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, execution, communication, and measurement of outcomes.
β’ Conduct training sessions, workshops, bootcamps, and field enablement activities for sales, presales, technical, and partner audiences.
β’ Collaborate with HPE and NVIDIA subject matter experts to facilitate scalable enablement across key solution areas.
β’ Create, manage, and sustain training materials, enablement curricula, learning paths, workshops, playbooks, and field-ready resources.
β’ Assist HPE enablement platforms and communities, including Tech Pro, SalesPro, and associated field resources.
β’ Aid teams in positioning HPE NVIDIA solutions encompassing GPUs, reference architectures, AI infrastructure, software, networking, and attach opportunities.
β’ Collect field feedback to pinpoint enablement gaps, content requirements, and areas in need of enhanced technical or commercial support.
β’ Monitor and report on enablement adoption, field engagement, business impact, and solution attach trends.
β’ Manage cross-functional project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive communications among global stakeholders.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in program management, sales enablement, technical enablement, alliance management, partner enablement, presales, business development, product management, or similar enterprise technology roles.
β’ More than 5 years of experience in designing, building, and executing global enablement programs for sales, technical, and partner audiences.
β’ At least 5 years of experience leading intricate cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders, business units, geographies, and external partners.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing training materials, learning paths, enablement assets, workshops, sales plays, and educational resources for the field.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in supporting AI infrastructure, accelerated computing, enterprise servers, GPUs, networking, software, cloud, or data center solutions.
β’ Solid understanding of enterprise technology sales processes, partner ecosystems, and field activation.
β’ Proficiency in translating complex technical subjects into actionable sales and partner enablement.
β’ Experience with NVIDIA technologies, GPU-based platforms, AI reference architectures, or accelerated computing solutions is highly preferred.
β’ Strong skills in program and project management, including planning, prioritization, governance, risk management, execution, and performance assessment.
β’ Excellent communication, presentation, executive engagement, and stakeholder management abilities.
