This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive global enablement strategy for NVIDIA solutions tailored for HPE and its channel partners.
• Oversee the complete program management cycle for global enablement initiatives, encompassing planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, execution, communication, and outcome measurement.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, boot camps, and field enablement activities aimed at sales, presales, technical professionals, and partners.
• Collaborate with HPE and NVIDIA subject matter experts to facilitate scalable enablement across key solution domains.
• Create, oversee, and update training materials, enablement curricula, learning pathways, workshops, playbooks, and field-ready resources.
• Support HPE's enablement platforms and communities, such as Tech Pro, SalesPro, and associated field resources.
• Assist teams in effectively positioning HPE NVIDIA solutions across GPUs, reference architectures, AI infrastructure, software, networking, and related opportunities.
• Collect feedback from the field to pinpoint enablement gaps, content requirements, and areas needing enhanced technical or commercial assistance.
• Monitor and report on enablement adoption, field engagement, business impact, and measurable trends in solution attachment.
• Manage cross-functional project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive communications among global stakeholders.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, sales enablement, technical enablement, alliance management, partner enablement, presales, business development, product management, or other related roles in enterprise technology.
• At least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering global enablement programs for sales, technical, and partner audiences.
• Over 5 years of experience leading intricate cross-functional programs that involve multiple stakeholders, business units, geographic regions, and external partners.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in creating training materials, learning paths, enablement assets, workshops, sales strategies, and educational content for field teams.
• At least 3 years of experience in supporting AI infrastructure, accelerated computing, enterprise servers, GPUs, networking, software, cloud, or data center solutions.
• A solid understanding of enterprise technology sales processes, partner ecosystems, and field activation strategies.
• Capability to simplify complex technical subjects into actionable sales and partner enablement information.
• Experience with NVIDIA technologies, GPU-based systems, AI reference architectures, or accelerated computing solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong expertise in program and project management, including planning, prioritization, governance, risk assessment, execution, and performance evaluation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, executive engagement, and stakeholder management abilities.
