This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Lead the global strategy for evidence development.

• Take ownership of the scientific narrative for the portfolio.

• Collaborate across functions and globally to pinpoint evidence gaps within clinical, R&D, regulatory, and marketing teams.

• Define and prioritize evidence initiatives.

• Foster scientific engagement and education efforts.

• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security standards while executing assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• RDH, DDS, DMD, BDS (or equivalent qualification).

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the dental sector, encompassing clinical dentistry, scientific affairs, clinical research, evidence generation, professional education, product development, or medical device commercialization.

• An MS, PhD, or a related advanced dental/scientific degree from an accredited institution (additional qualifications preferred).

• Proven ability to interpret clinical, scientific, or technical information and convert it into clear recommendations, educational materials, claims support, or portfolio decision-making assistance.

• 2-3 years of experience in engaging clinicians, customers, investigators, academic advisors, KOLs, or professional education collaborators in a scientific, clinical, educational, or advisory role.

• 2-3 years of familiarity with research objectives, materials, methods, endpoints, and outputs in both clinical and non-clinical research environments.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for visa status.
