• Serve as a trusted advisor to sales and RevOps leadership in North America and EMEA, aligning talent strategies with revenue objectives, market dynamics, and global expansion initiatives.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for business development, account executive, sales leadership, and revenue operations positions across various regions.
• Drive quantifiable enhancements in hiring processes and talent outcomes for revenue-impact roles.
• Influence quarterly workforce planning and growth strategies.
• Utilize recruiting analytics and process insights to monitor search effectiveness and identify areas of friction.
• Suggest scalable process enhancements.
• Implement approved automation and AI tools while ensuring compliance, fairness, and confidentiality in outputs.
• Test and recommend innovative workflows and sourcing techniques.
• Share insights gained and advocate for recruiting best practices.
• Execute inclusive sourcing strategies and collaborate with internal DEI programs.
• Build talent pools through advanced sourcing techniques, market intelligence, and proactive candidate engagement.
• Counsel hiring leaders on global compensation frameworks, currency considerations, local market trends, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure a high-touch, culturally aware candidate experience across international borders.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for sales and revenue-critical roles on a global scale within SaaS or enterprise technology sectors.
• Expertise in utilizing recruiting analytics, automation, and responsible AI technologies to enhance processes and improve results.
• Proficient sourcing skills and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
• Strong ability to influence leadership decisions and collaborate across different regions and functions.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales metrics, quotas, incentive programs, and compensation structures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience in complex global and matrixed organizations.
