This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic corporate, group, travel agency, leisure, and B2B accounts within CoralTree’s collection.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with key decision-makers, travel advisors, meeting planners, third-party partners, and industry influencers.
• Formulate account strategies aimed at boosting production, increasing wallet share, and generating repeat or multi-property opportunities.
• Identify and secure new business that aligns with existing, new, and ramp-up properties.
• Enhance group meetings, events, incentives, retreats, association business, and corporate gatherings.
• Position CoralTree properties as unique solutions for destination-focused, experiential, high-touch, and residential-style meeting settings.
• Collaborate with property sales teams to transition qualified opportunities and assist in conversion.
• Fortify connections with luxury travel advisors, consortia, host agencies, corporate travel managers, and transient travel partners.
• Elevate CoralTree's visibility and production within travel advisor, corporate transient, leisure, and experiential travel sectors.
• Assist pre-opening and ramp-up properties by connecting them with priority accounts, CAB members, advisors, and qualified transient demand channels.
• Promote portfolio-wide sales initiatives that support revenue growth, market share, and an overarching commercial strategy.
• Develop processes and communication tools for GSO and property teams to introduce properties to CAB members, travel advisors, group intermediaries, and B2B partners.
• Work in tandem with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Operations, and property leadership.
• Represent CoralTree at industry events, trade shows, sales missions, FAM trips, networking events, CAB engagements, and client-facing opportunities.
• Keep track of industry trends, competitive activities, and market insights.
• Maintain account plans, activity reporting, pipeline updates, and CRM discipline.
• Over 10 years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality industry.
• Ideally, experience in luxury, resort, destination, urban, or experiential hospitality.
• Proven track record in strategic account management, new business development, and relationship-based selling.
• Established connections within meetings and events, corporate, travel agency, luxury leisure, business travel, association, incentive, and third-party sourcing communities.
• Strong preference for experience in selling group meetings and events, transient travel, luxury leisure, resorts, destination experiences, residential-style accommodations, or experiential hospitality.
• Robust business acumen with a history of generating measurable revenue, expanding existing accounts, and converting new opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, highly collaborative, organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client development, industry events, sales missions, and portfolio engagement.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
