Global Recruitment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete talent acquisition process for both local and international business teams, encompassing candidate profiling, screening, interview evaluation, and salary negotiations.

• Actively seek out candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Wanted, and other prominent recruitment channels.

• Deliver daily HR support, which includes employee communication, fostering engagement, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

• Analyze salary trends and monitor competitor activities within the tech/internet sector to provide informed strategic hiring recommendations.

• Collaborate with external EOR providers to facilitate seamless onboarding and integration for new employees.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of local recruitment experience, preferably from agency/headhunting or mid-to-large tech/internet companies.

• A strong headhunting mentality.

• Expertise in Boolean search techniques.

• Familiarity with the iGaming/Game industry is a plus.
