This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire recruiting process for technical, product, sales, business, and operational positions.
• Conduct intake meetings to clarify hiring requirements and develop search strategies and job specifications.
• Actively source candidates through direct and persistent efforts.
• Gain insights into team dynamics, technology, markets, and objectives to assess candidates beyond resumes and keywords.
• Evaluate candidates for problem-solving capabilities, judgment, motivation, communication style, and cultural fit.
• Present a select group of thoroughly vetted candidates to hiring managers along with recommendations.
• Provide timely updates on progress, decisions, risks, and necessary actions.
• Utilize interview feedback to refine candidate profiles and search methodologies.
• Develop interview strategies and coordinate logistics for candidates and interviewers.
• Effectively and honestly promote opportunities to candidates.
• Collaborate with leadership on compensation and offers while adhering to established compensation structures.
• Monitor pipeline health, identify stalled searches, and suggest necessary adjustments.
• Enhance sourcing channels, interview processes, tools, and workflows.
• Manage relationships with recruiting vendors, including expectations, submissions, follow-ups, quality, rates, confidentiality, and information sharing.
• Act as the primary contact for global part-time sales consultants supporting AdGem's reseller operations.
• Oversee consultant relationships, pipeline support, contracts, CRM tracking, onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and administration.
• Optimize consultant program structure, cost efficiency, visibility, and outcomes.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting, preferably in both technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong direct sourcing abilities and a proactive, hunter mentality.
• Capability to quickly learn new technical or business topics to conduct credible screenings.
• Good judgment regarding candidates and the ability to articulate and justify opinions clearly.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of pipelines, conversions, costs, and revenues.
• Proven track record of working independently, creating urgency, and maintaining progress without supervision.
• Confidence in advising, challenging, and engaging hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Exceptional organizational skills, documentation, and follow-through across multiple searches and stakeholder groups.
• Clear and direct communication with candidates, leaders, vendors, and consultants.
• High level of discretion and an understanding of representing the company in external discussions.
• Openness to testing new methods and adapting processes as necessary.
• Experience collaborating across time zones in a remote or globally distributed setting.
• Part-time contractor role requiring approximately 20–30 hours of work per week.
