This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main coordinator and integrator across all PRP workstreams, ensuring alignment and execution as a cohesive global program.
• Establish and nurture cross-functional partnerships among commercialization, regulatory, legal, stewardship, supply chain, product development, quality, marketing, franchise, and leadership teams.
• Direct the governance framework and operational rhythm, which includes meetings, reviews, decision-making processes, and reporting structures.
• Identify, evaluate, and proactively oversee program risks, dependencies, resource requirements, opportunities, and organizational challenges.
• Monitor decisions, commitments, action items, approvals, and contractual obligations until completion.
• Create and sustain governance tools, dashboards, templates, reporting, and operational processes.
• Own and enhance the cross-functional PRP Market Readiness Framework.
• Coordinate commercialization planning, scenario assessments, and cross-functional readiness initiatives.
• Keep track of regulatory, commercial, operational, and market conditions and adjust program plans accordingly.
• Document program progress, strategic decisions, lessons learned, and essential documentation.
• Facilitate communication among global markets, franchises, consultants, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts for governance, commercialization effectiveness, scalability, collaboration, and program performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Several years of progressive experience in program management, commercialization, product development, operations, strategic planning, or related business functions.
• Proven success in leading large, complex, cross-functional programs that involve multiple functions, stakeholders, and business priorities.
• Experience managing strategic business initiatives from the planning stage through execution.
• Established ability to influence, align, and cultivate effective working relationships across diverse teams without direct reporting authority.
• Experience in developing and managing governance frameworks, executive reporting, operational cadences, and decision-making processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the capability to translate complexity into actionable plans.
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks, dependencies, resource limitations, and business impacts while actively driving solutions.
• Experience working within global organizations and coordinating activities across various regions, cultures, and functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that support strategic decision-making in a dynamic environment.
• Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA, MSc, or related advanced degree).
• Preferred: PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other project/program management certifications.
• Preferred: Experience in animal health, agriculture, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
