Global Project Management Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute change management strategies that align with the goals of the organization and transformations affecting Global Project Management.

• Work collaboratively with leadership to incorporate change management activities into project and program plans.

• Create and implement strategic communication plans designed for specific projects and target audiences to enhance change readiness and adoption.

• Identify and engage essential stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for change initiatives.

• Take part in stakeholder meetings and workshops to collect input, provide updates, and address any concerns.

• Develop metrics and feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of change and communication efforts.

• Utilize data-driven insights to continually enhance change management and communication strategies.

• Assess organizational readiness and formulate mitigation actions for change-related risks that impact Global Project Management.

• Collaborate with Process Governance to evaluate impacts on operating models, roles, responsibilities, and processes.

• Produce communication materials, enablement assets, training strategies, and adoption tools to facilitate change initiatives.

• Establish and oversee champion networks while supporting the execution of training delivery.

• Create mitigation plans addressing adoption, capability, and capacity risks.

• Perform additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in organizational change management.

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in delivering impact assessments, training, and communications.

• At least 2 years of experience utilizing technology as a facilitator of transformation.

• Proficiency in English.

• Strong management skills with knowledge of ADKAR or similar models.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive innovative solutions.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation abilities with senior leadership.

• Proven project management skills with a history of timely deliveries.

• Strong analytical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to manage change in dynamic settings.

• Proficiency with communication tools and virtual collaboration platforms.

• Executive presence and the ability to influence without authority.

• Strategic communication proficiency.

• Awareness of organizational design.

• Data-driven decision-making skills.

• Experience in facilitation and leading workshops.

• Skills in conflict resolution and negotiation.

• Knowledge of business process transformation.
