Global Project Management Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute change management strategies that are in line with organizational and transformation objectives affecting Global Project Management.

• Work closely with leadership to incorporate change management activities into project and program plans.

• Create and implement strategic communication plans customized for specific projects and target audiences to enhance change readiness and adoption.

• Identify and engage crucial stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for change initiatives.

• Take part in stakeholder meetings and workshops to collect input, provide updates, and address any concerns.

• Set up metrics and feedback systems to assess the effectiveness of change and communication efforts.

• Utilize data-driven insights to continuously enhance change management and communication strategies.

• Assess organizational readiness and outline mitigation actions for change risks affecting Global Project Management.

• Collaborate with Process Governance to evaluate impacts on operating models, roles, responsibilities, and processes.

• Develop communication materials and enablement assets, training strategies, and adoption tools to facilitate change initiatives.

• Establish and manage networks of champions and support the execution of training delivery.

• Create mitigation plans for adoption, capability, and capacity risks.

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in organizational change management.

• At least 2 years of practical experience in delivering impact assessments, training, and communications.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in utilizing technology as a facilitator of transformation.

• Proficiency in English.

• Strong management skills with knowledge of ADKAR or similar models.

• Strategic mindset and capability to drive innovative solutions.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation abilities with senior leaders.

• Proven project management skills with a history of timely deliveries.

• Analytical judgment, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving capabilities.

• Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to manage change in dynamic environments.

• Proficient with communication tools and virtual collaboration platforms.

• Executive presence and the ability to influence without direct authority.

• Strong strategic communication skills.

• Awareness of organizational design.

• Competence in data-driven decision making.

• Experience in facilitating and leading workshops.

• Skills in conflict resolution and negotiation.
