This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Develop and implement change management strategies that align with the goals of organizational transformation affecting Global Project Management.
• Collaborate with leadership to incorporate change management activities into project and program plans.
• Design and execute strategic communication plans tailored to specific projects and target audiences.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for change initiatives.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather feedback, provide updates, and address any concerns.
• Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of change and communication efforts.
• Utilize data-driven insights to enhance change management and communication strategies.
• Evaluate organizational readiness and define mitigation actions for potential change risks.
• Partner with Process Governance to evaluate impacts on operating models, roles, responsibilities, and processes.
• Create communication materials, enablement assets, training strategies, and tools to aid in adoption.
• Establish and manage champion networks and oversee the execution of training delivery.
• Develop mitigation plans addressing risks related to adoption, capability, and capacity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in organizational change management.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in delivering impact assessments, training, and communications.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing technology as a facilitator of transformation.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong management skills with knowledge of ADKAR or similar models.
• Strategic thinking capability and the ability to drive innovative solutions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, especially with senior leaders.
• Proven project management skills with a history of timely deliveries.
• Strong analytical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to manage change in dynamic environments.
• Proficiency with communication tools and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Executive presence and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong strategic communication skills.
• Awareness of organizational design.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in facilitation and workshop leadership.
• Skills in conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Knowledge of business process transformation.
