This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more states.
• Analyze market trends and evaluate their effects on the transformer insulation product line.
• Identify ways to differentiate products utilizing customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.
• Assess technical requirements and perform competitive evaluations to discover opportunities for product enhancements.
• Maintain and improve technical specifications to guarantee product competitiveness and deliver customer value.
• Lead initiatives for performance improvement by conducting benchmarking activities and analyzing quality feedback.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and industry standards throughout the product lifecycle.
• Convert market and customer needs into actionable inputs for product roadmaps and development efforts.
• Create and present technical presentations, launch materials, and training programs for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with customers, manufacturing sites, and cross-functional teams throughout the Americas.
• Support existing products while facilitating the introduction of new transformer insulation solutions to the market.
• Ensure adherence to relevant external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering, product management, market analysis, or a similar role within the transformer, insulation, pulp and paper, or energy sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of transformer insulation materials, transformer technologies, or related industrial products.
• Proven experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning strategies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within global, cross-functional teams while effectively managing multiple priorities.
