This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Establish Ignition as a leader in its category while enhancing product visibility and adoption to stimulate customer and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with product and partnership teams to ensure product success.
• Advocate for customer feedback in the processes of product development and marketing.
• Create product positioning and messaging strategies.
• Oversee the go-to-market strategy for new products, features, integrations, and industry verticals.
• Unite marketing, customer experience, sales, partnerships, and product teams for strategic product initiatives.
• Monitor and present insights regarding the market, customers, and competitors.
• Perform customer research and analysis to develop buyer personas.
• Generate product marketing materials, including website pages, fact sheets, blogs, webinars, videos, presentations, and case studies.
• Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies and campaigns for product launches and new verticals or segments.
• Assist in sales enablement by producing training materials, sales cheat sheets, and battlecards.
• Influence product packaging and pricing strategies.
• Foster product awareness, education, and adoption among potential and existing customers.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams and the broader marketing team on integrated marketing campaigns.
• Assess feature adoption, review ratings, funnel conversion impact, new customer acquisition, and payment revenues.
• Around five years of product marketing experience in a dynamic B2B SaaS or established technology organization.
• Proven track record of launching new products or features to foster new customer acquisition and enhance existing customer engagement.
• Experience in the accounting or professional services software sector is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Proficient in utilizing marketing technology, particularly HubSpot and Asana.
• Familiarity with AI tools to expedite go-to-market efforts.
• A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to identify process enhancements and effectively use AI tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of customer needs and challenges.
• Capacity to simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging messaging and copy tailored for various audiences and personas.
• Experience working collaboratively with sales, marketing, customer experience, and product teams.
• Ability to analyze spreadsheets, reports, qualitative customer feedback, and recordings of customer/prospect meetings.
• Must have the legal right to work in Canada.
