This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +4 more countries.
• Lead global brand differentiation and awareness initiatives for B·R·A·H·M·S PCT.
• Create positioning and value messaging grounded in clinical, operational, and economic evidence.
• Transform scientific literature and health-economic data into compelling commercial and educational materials.
• Assess competitive landscapes and establish differentiation strategies against rival biomarker solutions.
• Produce marketing collateral, digital content, presentations, and communication materials for customers.
• Design and implement global education and training programs for commercial teams, clinicians, and laboratory professionals.
• Assist in global and regional launch efforts with strategic messaging and communication tools.
• Propel initiatives that foster behavioral change and biomarker adoption within clinical practice.
• Collaborate with regional commercial teams, medical and scientific affairs, and various cross-functional stakeholders.
• Contribute to shaping global positioning, differentiation, and brand awareness for B·R·A·H·M·S PCT within Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Clinical Diagnostics Division.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field is required.
• Significant experience in the IVD or medical diagnostics sector is highly preferred.
• Exceptional ability to interpret and convert scientific and clinical literature into clear, persuasive commercial messaging.
• Proven experience in brand positioning, value-based marketing, competitive differentiation, or scientific storytelling.
• Knowledge of health economics, drivers of customer adoption, and value communication in healthcare.
• Experience in creating marketing collateral, educational content, and communication materials for customers.
• Strong capabilities in presentation, communication, and training across both technical and commercial audiences.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a global matrix organization and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with infectious diseases, sepsis, antimicrobial stewardship, or biomarker-based diagnostics is advantageous.
• Understanding of quality and regulatory standards for relevant markets is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.
