This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
β’ Oversee the scientific components of global product management for CDx initiatives in collaboration with pharmaceutical companies, AI-driven diagnostic assays, and digital pathology solutions.
β’ Establish product strategy, roadmap, and metrics for success.
β’ Convert market, customer, and clinical insights into commercially viable offerings.
β’ Articulate and share the product vision and strategy for AI-driven diagnostic assays.
β’ Utilize market research, customer feedback, clinical evidence, and competitive insights to pinpoint growth opportunities and prioritize product needs.
β’ Direct product lifecycle management from conceptualization to launch and ongoing support.
β’ Define minimum marketable products, performance indicators, ROI, and portfolio optimization strategies.
β’ Collaborate with teams from Advanced Staining Reagents, Digital Pathology, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, Sales, and Marketing.
β’ Assist in evidence generation, publication planning, market access initiatives, and adoption strategies.
β’ Engage pharmaceutical partners, research institutions, key opinion leaders, and commercial teams to influence product strategy, launch plans, and partnership opportunities.
β’ Work alongside a global Product Management team and report directly to the VP of Portfolio and Programs for Advanced Staining Reagents.
β’ An advanced clinical or scientific degree (MD, PharmaD, PhD) is mandatory.
β’ A robust understanding of CDx development, AI-powered diagnostics, digital pathology, software as a medical device, and the oncology or cancer diagnostics markets.
β’ A strong background in scientific/medical fields combined with a commercial mindset.
β’ Extensive experience in product management, medical affairs, clinical development, or commercial leadership within life sciences, diagnostics, digital pathology, or related domains.
β’ Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and influencing across matrixed teams, senior leadership, and external partners.
β’ Proven success in leading clinical trial execution and managing the product lifecycle.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 30%, including visits to the Deer Park, IL location.
β’ Preferred experience in AI/ML medical devices, oncology diagnostics, pharma or biotech collaborations, agile development, product management certification, and familiarity with FDA or CE marking regulatory environments.
β’ Well-connected within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
β’ A demonstrated history of successfully leading CDx or AI-driven products in partnership settings.
