Global Procurement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Acquire plastic raw materials, recycled polymers, scrap, and associated commodities throughout North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East.

• Collaborate with the sales team in India to comprehend material requirements and satisfy volume demands through international suppliers.

• Recognize, establish, and sustain long-term recurring supply accounts through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

• Work in tandem with the global trading team, international sourcing partners, and traders across various time zones.

• Analyze global plastic and petrochemical pricing trends and oversee sourcing pipelines using CRM tools.

• Enhance container volume sourced, ensure demand fulfillment rates, facilitate new supplier acquisition, maintain recurring monthly supply, and contribute to gross profit.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established experience in international procurement, commodity trading, polymers, plastics recycling, petrochemicals, scrap, or paper.

• Proven track record of conducting regular supplier outreach calls and managing international accounts.

• Capability to adjust working hours to align with suppliers and teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated ownership mentality.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Willingness to work remotely and effectively manage global supplier pipelines in a dynamic environment.
