Global Marketing Specialist, Companion Animal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +5 more locations.

📋 Description

• Take charge of global marketing execution for the Companion Animal segment

• Implement global marketing strategies across various regions

• Collaborate on campaigns with regional marketing, sales, commercial excellence, and digital teams

• Oversee marketing content and sales tools

• Provide support for global events

• Monitor performance metrics and manage KPI reporting

• Ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives

• Enhance customer engagement, sales enablement, and business growth across different regions

• Lead the delivery of primary marketing priorities

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related area

• 3-6 years of experience in marketing, commercial marketing, or similar roles

• Proven experience in supporting marketing campaigns, content deployment, events, or digital marketing activities

• Familiarity with CRM platforms (such as Dynamics), sales enablement tools, or marketing platforms

• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities

• Capability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and KPI tracking

• Experience in international or matrix organizations is a plus

• Proficiency in English

• Willingness to travel up to 20-25%

• Candidates must already have authorization to work independently in the country where the position is located; employer sponsorship is not available
