This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Set up, maintain, and continuously enhance marketing systems to ensure scalability and optimal performance.
• Contribute to workflows powered by AI, AI agents, and various AI-driven solutions for marketing operations.
• Assist in improving the synchronization between HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Develop and refine models for predictive lead scoring.
• Oversee workflows and address any errors related to MQL qualification and the assignment/delivery of leads.
• Utilize data enrichment and custom-coded workflow actions to enhance platform functionalities.
• Create, oversee, and document system processes effectively.
• Educate users on best practices for marketing technology.
• Maintain CRM records, properties, lists, workflows, user management, and ensure compliance with GDPR.
• Implement lead scoring, lead sources, chatbots, and marketing automation strategies.
• Manage the import, accuracy, hygiene, and segmentation of campaign-related data.
• Ensure the security and governance of data within marketing systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to pinpoint challenges and prioritize enhancements to systems.
• Facilitate cross-platform integrations and work closely with system administrators and data teams.
• Keep track of changes in internal and external data and technology, particularly advancements in AI.
• Engage in the assessment of future technology solutions for marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, business, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing automation or marketing technology.
• Proficiency in HubSpot is essential.
• Experience with Salesforce, especially in relation to HubSpot–Salesforce synchronization, is advantageous.
• Practical experience or a keen interest in leveraging AI for marketing operations is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with predictive lead scoring, data enrichment, and custom-coded workflow actions is highly regarded.
• Proven ability to use technology and marketing expertise to enhance processes and performance.
• Capability to juggle multiple competing priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A positive attitude with a strong initiative and follow-through is essential.
• Proactive in anticipating challenges and initiating improvements.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
