This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee and direct projects that support and enhance the Dentons Global Key Account Program.
• Record significant outcomes, decisions, and action items from Global Key Account meetings.
• Manage client information, reports, account plans, and content for the client portal.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and offer insights to achieve key client relationship goals.
• Participate in discussions during Global Key Account meetings and strategy sessions.
• Refresh account plans with new developments, insights, and modifications.
• Coordinate follow-up tasks with internal teams to ensure prompt execution.
• Collaborate with CRM managers to ensure the accuracy of client data, communications, events, and campaigns.
• Assist regional client and market leaders and attorneys with client development initiatives and events.
• Address requests from attorneys and internal stakeholders in a professional, timely, and client-centric manner.
• Lead monthly reporting for the Global Key Account Program.
• Collaborate on customized business development initiatives for key accounts.
• Work alongside peers and share responsibilities for project completion across the GKA program.
• Contribute to a proactive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development or marketing within a law firm or professional services environment; law firm experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with legal AI platforms such as Harvey, Legora, or similar tools.
• Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present to firm leadership.
• High proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, CoPilot or similar tools, and AI technologies for project management and workflow.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, sales, or organizational development.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized, proactive, and focused on building relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• A natural problem solver and self-starter who anticipates needs, takes initiative, and follows through on commitments.
• The remuneration and benefits package will align with the successful candidate's experience and the country of hire.
• Annual salary for candidates based in Canada ranges from CAD 60,000 to CAD 75,000.
