Global HR Business Partner – CRO, Life Science Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to global business leaders, translating business objectives into effective HR strategies.

• Conduct capability gap analysis, succession planning, and talent strategy development across an international workforce.

• Design and implement global performance frameworks.

• Develop and implement retention and growth strategies for hard-to-find pharmacovigilance and safety professionals.

• Monitor global team engagement and respond to employee feedback proactively.

• Guide teams through periods of restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, growth, and transformation.

• Assist in reward decisions and HR reporting through data-driven analysis.

• Ensure compliance of global HR policies across various markets.

• Collaborate directly with senior pharmacovigilance leadership in different regions.

• Contribute to building teams, fostering culture, and enhancing capabilities to support global drug safety monitoring.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple countries.

• Experience in CRO or pharmaceutical sectors is necessary.

• Preference for candidates with pharmacovigilance experience.

• A degree or HR qualification at a minimum of BA/BSc level.

• Ability to operate comfortably across various time zones, cultures, and regional nuances.

• Experience in workforce planning, organization design, talent management, leadership development, engagement, and change management.

• A data-driven and commercially aware mindset.

• Proven ability to navigate organizational changes and complex structures.

• Excellent relationship-building skills and the credibility to advise senior stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Capacity to partner effectively with senior PV leadership across regions.

• Familiarity with compensation, HR analytics, reporting, and global compliance issues.
