This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the development and implementation of global procurement strategies for software, IT tools, professional services, and essential business categories.
• Create and execute a unified global procurement operating model across various regions.
• Utilize an AI-first approach in procurement and vendor-risk frameworks.
• Manage strategic relationships with suppliers and software vendors, overseeing evaluation, sourcing, negotiations, renewals, and performance management.
• Supervise the implementation of procurement software and its integration with systems like NetSuite and Tipalti.
• Spearhead the transformation of the global Travel & Expense function, which includes policies, corporate cards, and software.
• Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle from requisition approval to supplier management.
• Establish and enhance procurement policies, controls, and Procure-to-Pay processes through automation.
• Collaborate with Finance and executives on procurement budgets, expenditure, savings, and cost reduction strategies.
• Ensure that procurement activities, SaaS contracts, software licenses, and supplier engagements comply with legal, financial, regulatory, and internal standards.
• Develop procurement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Work closely with Finance, IT, Operations, Legal, Security, business leaders, and executive leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline.
• Over 12 years of progressive leadership experience in procurement.
• A minimum of 3–5 years in a senior leadership position within SaaS or technology firms.
• Demonstrated success in managing global procurement strategies, sourcing, supplier relations, contract negotiations, and expenditure across multiple regions or countries.
• Proven ability to guide organizations toward IPO and/or SOX readiness in high-growth SaaS settings.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement technology and spend-management systems, including Tipalti and NetSuite.
• Extensive experience in implementing and managing global Travel & Expense programs and transformations of corporate card ecosystems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
• Experience in building, leading, and mentoring teams distributed globally.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail in areas such as contract management, software licensing, compliance, supplier risk, and commercial terms.
