This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and investigate potential clients and key decision-makers utilizing LinkedIn, Salesforce, and other resources.
• Initiate contact through cold calls, marketing events, emails, and outreach via social media.
• Develop and sustain a territory pipeline filled with qualified leads.
• Achieve or surpass individual quotas and targeted performance metrics.
• Meet weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) for cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and other outreach efforts.
• Evaluate prospect suitability based on established BANT qualification criteria.
• Arrange meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Establish rapport with prospects by understanding industry challenges and providing customized solutions.
• Share product information and success stories while ensuring a positive and professional experience for prospects.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
• Offer marketing insights regarding campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
• Stay aligned with sales objectives and company goals.
• Maintain accurate and current lead records, activities, and reports within Salesforce.
• Monitor and report on outreach volume, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
• Analyze and enhance outreach strategies to boost effectiveness.
• 1-2 years of experience in a B2B sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role, ideally within the SaaS sector.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and AI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with SaaS solutions and industry trends is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (10-20%) to participate in events, including the Annual Sales Kick-Off event.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to build relationships and effectively manage objections.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented; capable of thriving in a remote and independent work setting.
• Ability to manage stress effectively.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Highly process-driven, emphasizing consistency and continuous improvement.
• Must successfully complete a background check.
• Must engage in mandatory security and privacy training.
