This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated customer accounts.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with essential stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Perform regular business reviews to grasp customer objectives, challenges, and growth prospects.
• Create and implement account plans that promote retention, expansion, and long-term success.
• Facilitate renewals and pinpoint upsell and cross-sell opportunities across software solutions, subscriptions, and professional services.
• Achieve or surpass revenue, retention, and growth targets through proactive management of the sales pipeline.
• Monitor customer health and proactively tackle risks that may impact satisfaction or retention.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to address issues and guarantee positive customer experiences.
• Inform customers about industry trends, best practices, and new product features.
• Keep precise sales forecasts, pipeline activity, customer records, and account plans in CRM systems.
• Work alongside Product, Marketing, Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure solutions align with customer needs.
• Collect and relay customer feedback, market insights, and product enhancement requests to internal teams.
• Over 5 years of account management or customer growth experience in a SaaS environment.
• Proven experience in managing enterprise or strategic customer accounts.
• Skilled in managing customer contracts, renewals, and commercial negotiations.
• Experience in driving account growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Familiarity with navigating complex sales cycles, procurement processes, and contract negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue, renewal, retention, or growth objectives.
• Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (preferred).
• Experience collaborating across Customer Success, Product, Professional Services, and Sales teams (preferred).
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret customer data, usage metrics, and business performance indicators (preferred).
• Knowledge of customer success methodologies and account planning frameworks (preferred).
• Excellent consultative selling, relationship management, and negotiation abilities (preferred).
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills (preferred).
