This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Drive the efficient and accelerated commercialization of products within the designated region.
• Enhance product availability in regional markets and guarantee timely, effective, and strategically aligned launches.
• Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual for internal approval and Approved Product List workflows.
• Eliminate barriers to commercialization, identify accelerators, and promote market readiness across countries.
• Monitor commercial readiness milestones and provide updates to executives on progress, risks, and accelerators.
• Align launch initiatives with 1-, 3-, and 5-year strategic and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with business units and commercial teams to meet quarterly and annual commercial objectives.
• Lead Finance, Commercial, Regulatory, Business Unit, Manufacturing, and related teams during market introductions.
• Report directly to the Vice President & General Manager of Worldwide Indirect.
• Develop and present regional and country-specific business plans.
• Create and implement Local Product Readiness Plans that align with global processes and Approved Product List approvals.
• Convert Market Required Documents and Product Requirements Documents into regional deliverables, including IFU, pricing inputs, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Technical Publications, Master Scheduling, Commercial, and Business Units to address local launch needs.
• Offer regional product knowledge to customer-facing teams and address product-related escalations.
• Monitor progress and eliminate obstacles to guarantee successful launches.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of product development, lifecycle management, and commercialization.
• Proven expertise in project management.
• Success in navigating complex, matrixed environments.
• Outstanding executive communication and stakeholder influence capabilities.
• Strong collaborative skills and adaptability in a high-growth setting.
• Advanced certifications in project management or commercialization are preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in medical device, healthcare, or technology sectors are preferred.
• Experience with robotics and disruptive technologies is an advantage.
• Familiarity with regulatory processes and market access is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Teams and OneNote.
• May be required to provide current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19.
• Candidates might be subject to U.S. export-control licensing or a Technology Control Plan, depending on nationality and role.
