This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.
• Assist in the planning and execution of Unit4 customer events, internal events, roadshows, and strategic global event initiatives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, task trackers, budgets, supplier relationships, and stakeholder communications.
• Aid in venue sourcing, supplier coordination, procurement administration, and contract review processes.
• Oversee event branding, signage, production, audiovisual needs, registration experiences, and onsite logistics.
• Assist in agenda development, speaker coordination, customer showcase planning, and engagement activities.
• Contribute to delivering onsite event experiences through preparation, operational coordination, and issue resolution.
• Support post-event reporting, collection of attendee feedback, lessons learned, and tracking event performance.
• Assist with third-party conferences, trade shows, and sponsorships, including booth logistics, branding, lead capture, and onsite support.
• Aid in event activation plans, attendee engagement, and follow-up for post-event lead management.
• Collaborate across regions and contribute to process enhancements, knowledge sharing, template creation, and operational standards.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in events, event marketing, marketing operations, or project coordination.
• Proven experience in supporting customer events, trade shows, conferences, or roadshows from planning to execution.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
• Experience working within a global or matrixed marketing organization.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive ownership mindset.
• Familiarity with tools such as Cvent, Dynamics, Marketo, Asana, and Microsoft Office, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and escalate risks, decisions, or obstacles as necessary.
• Willingness to travel when required.
