This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.
• Assist in the planning and execution of Unit4 customer events, internal gatherings, roadshows, and strategic global event initiatives.
• Facilitate project plans, timelines, task tracking, budget management, supplier coordination, and stakeholder communications.
• Aid in venue selection, supplier management, procurement administration, and contract review processes.
• Oversee event branding, signage, production, audiovisual needs, registration experiences, and onsite logistics.
• Assist in developing agendas, coordinating speakers, planning customer showcases, and engaging activities.
• Ensure exceptional onsite event experiences through thorough preparation, operational coordination, and escalation of issues.
• Help with post-event reporting, gathering attendee feedback, lessons learned, and tracking event performance.
• Support select third-party conferences, trade shows, and sponsorships.
• Assist with booth logistics, branding, lead capture readiness, supplier coordination, and onsite support.
• Aid in event activation plans, attendee engagement, and follow-up on post-event lead management.
• Collaborate across regions and contribute to process enhancements, knowledge sharing, templates, and operational standards.
• Over 2 years of experience in events, event marketing, marketing operations, or project coordination.
• Ideally, experience within a B2B software or technology setting.
• Proven experience supporting customer events, trade shows, conferences, or roadshows from planning to execution.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
• Experience in a global or matrixed marketing organization.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership.
• Familiarity with tools such as Cvent, Dynamics, Marketo, Asana, and Microsoft Office, or similar applications.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and escalate risks, decisions, or obstacles as necessary.
• Willingness to travel as required.
