This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Assist in the planning and execution of Unit4 customer events, internal gatherings, roadshows, and strategic global event initiatives.
• Organize project plans, establish timelines, manage task trackers, oversee budgets, and facilitate communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Aid in venue selection, supplier coordination, procurement administration, and the review of contracts.
• Manage event branding, signage, production, audio-visual needs, registration processes, and onsite logistics.
• Assist in agenda creation, speaker coordination, customer showcase planning, and engagement activities.
• Help execute onsite event experiences through preparation, operational coordination, and escalation of issues.
• Support post-event activities including reporting, collection of attendee feedback, lessons learned, and tracking event performance.
• Assist with selected third-party conferences, trade shows, and sponsorships.
• Help coordinate booth logistics, branding, lead capture readiness, supplier collaboration, and onsite assistance.
• Support event activation strategies, attendee engagement activities, and post-event lead management follow-up.
• Collaborate across regions to balance team workloads effectively.
• Share insights, supplier experiences, templates, and suggestions for process improvements.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of event processes, reporting, templates, and operational standards.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in events, event marketing, marketing operations, or project coordination.
• Preferably possess experience in a B2B software or technology setting.
• Proven track record in supporting customer events, trade shows, conferences, or roadshows from planning to execution.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines efficiently.
• Experience in a global or matrixed marketing organization is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive ownership mindset.
• Familiarity with event platforms and marketing tools such as Cvent, Dynamics, Marketo, Asana, and Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while escalating risks, decisions, or obstacles as necessary.
• Willingness to travel as required.
