📋 Description

• Oversee global editorial strategy and content creation in alignment with business goals and audience requirements.

• Develop, edit, and disseminate high-quality material across various platforms including websites, social media, emails, and internal communication channels.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify and craft compelling stories.

• Ensure content is engaging, easily discoverable, and optimized by utilizing SEO techniques and the latest AI search practices.

• Manage the review, localization, approval, and distribution of content across diverse regions and markets.

• Analyze content performance and suggest enhancements to boost engagement and effectiveness.

• Streamline content processes, workflows, governance, and channel usage.

• Oversee external agencies, freelancers, and content vendors as necessary.

• Serve as a reliable consultant on content best practices across communication and brand initiatives.

• Proficient in English writing and editing at a native level (essential).

• Proven experience in producing impactful content across various channels.

• Exceptional storytelling abilities, capable of simplifying complex subjects.

• Experience collaborating with stakeholders from different functions and locations.

• Understanding of SEO, content performance metrics, and digital content best practices.

• Comfort in a global, fast-paced working environment.

• Background in B2B, industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technology sectors is advantageous.

• Familiarity with AI-driven content tools is a plus.
