This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee employee benefits programs throughout the US and UK.
β’ Handle daily benefits operations, which include managing eligibility, enrollments, life events, terminations, and responding to employee inquiries.
β’ Assist with the annual open enrollment and benefits renewal processes.
β’ Guarantee the prompt and precise processing of employee elections and changes to benefits.
β’ Conduct regular audits of enrollment data, automatic enrollments, payroll deductions, and carrier files to ensure data integrity.
β’ Act as a primary administrator for benefits enrollment and vendor platforms (e.g., Dayforce, Employee Navigator, Fidelity, Pension schemes, etc.).
β’ Coordinate eligibility feeds, enrollment files, and system integrations with the HRIS and payroll teams.
β’ Resolve employee enrollment issues and vendor-related escalations.
β’ Collaborate with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators to provide high-quality service delivery.
β’ Support the implementation of new vendors, programs, and system enhancements.
β’ Keep track of industry trends, emerging benefits programs, and employee expectations.
β’ Engage in benefits benchmarking exercises and market surveys.
β’ Analyze utilization, participation, and cost data to pinpoint opportunities for program improvements.
β’ Generate regular reports on enrollment activity, utilization trends, vendor performance, and program costs.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
β’ 5β7 years of progressive experience in benefits administration, including experience with global organizations.
β’ In-depth knowledge of both US and UK benefits programs, enrollment processes, and vendor administration.
β’ Proven experience managing employee elections through benefits administration platforms and HRIS systems.
β’ History of collaboration with benefits brokers, consultants, carriers, and third-party administrators.
β’ Strong analytical capabilities with experience in utilizing benefits data for decision-making.
β’ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
β’ Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Provide outstanding support to employees regarding benefits eligibility, enrollment, claims, and coverage inquiries.
β’ Develop and maintain employee-facing communications, enrollment guides, FAQs, and educational resources.
β’ Assist with benefits orientations, webinars, and information sessions.
β’ Encourage awareness and utilization of company-sponsored wellness and benefits programs.
