This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the administration of health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs in the U.S.
• Collaborate with the Director of Total Rewards and Workforce Analytics to create and implement a global benefits strategy.
• Manage global renewals, implementations, and ongoing benefits initiatives in coordination with regional HR teams, brokers, carriers, and vendors.
• Act as a strategic advisor and point of escalation for intricate benefits and leave issues.
• Ensure adherence to relevant U.S. and global benefits regulations and manage regulatory updates.
• Maintain relationships with brokers and vendors, overseeing renewals, service delivery, issue resolution, and performance evaluation.
• Develop scalable processes, standard operating procedures, controls, and documentation.
• Leverage data, technology, automation, and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and improve employee experience.
• Offer guidance to the Senior Analyst and HR Operations team members in charge of benefits administration across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
• Supervise assigned benefits activities.
• Participate in compensation initiatives, such as Workday testing, data validation, communication reviews, and special projects.
• Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in benefits or Total Rewards.
• Proven experience in supporting multinational benefits programs.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. benefits administration and compliance.
• Experience in managing self-funded and fully insured health and welfare plans.
• Familiarity with global benefits compliance, renewals, or implementations across various countries.
• Experience in managing brokers, carriers, consultants, and other benefits vendors.
• Capability to develop scalable processes, documentation, and operational practices.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to effectively balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with Workday Benefits, Workday Compensation, or a similar HRIS.
• Experience in supporting benefits programs in Canada, the UK, the Netherlands, India, Australia, and Singapore.
• CEBS, CBP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or another relevant professional certification.
• Access to U.S. health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs.

• Background checks are required for employment, where permitted by country, state, or province.
