Global Associate Talent Acquisition Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Evaluate resumes and assist in identifying suitable candidates for available positions

• Perform initial screenings for specific roles with assistance and direction from the TA Partner

• Organize interviews among candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams

• Keep precise candidate records in Greenhouse

• Facilitate communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Create interview materials, candidate summaries, and updates on recruiting

• Monitor scorecards, follow-ups, and next steps to ensure searches progress

• Aid in job postings, sourcing initiatives, and managing the candidate pipeline

• Assist with offer and onboarding coordination once candidates are chosen

• Ensure a positive, timely, and well-organized candidate experience

• Support global hiring coordination through Remote/EOR processes as necessary

• Manage scheduling arrangements for assigned roles within the initial 90 days

• Maintain up-to-date Greenhouse stages, notes, and candidate statuses

• Conduct basic candidate screenings with clear documentation and recommendations

• Enhance candidate response times and consistency in follow-ups

• Keep hiring managers updated on the status of the candidate pipeline

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, people operations, coordination, customer service, or administrative support

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Strong attention to detail and effective follow-through

• Comfortable communicating with candidates via video or phone

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in working with systems

• Interest in recruiting, talent, and people operations

• Ability to comprehend role requirements across agency and marketing functions and translate them into clear candidate screening notes

• Must reside in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Peru

• Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Calendly, ChatGPT, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools is advantageous

• Familiarity with U.S. recruiting or global hiring is a plus

• Background in advertising, marketing, media, agency, or client services settings strongly preferred

• Knowledge of roles in paid social, paid search, programmatic, retail media, analytics, account/client management, sales, or marketing operations is a plus
