This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee relationships and enhance engagement with Accenture.
• Establish and maintain connections with Accenture to formulate joint go-to-market strategies.
• Generate demand, revenue, and successful sales of IFS software, as well as manage deployments and transformation initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with partner executives, consulting leaders, sales leaders, and practice leaders.
• Create and implement partnership strategies and annual business plans.
• Empower partners to sell and deliver IFS services to both current and potential clients.
• Collaborate with partners to recognize and pursue shared sales opportunities.
• Strategize and promote the expansion of the partner’s certified resource pool and associated practice.
• Advocate for IFS within the partner organization and promote the partner's value within IFS.
• Perform revenue forecasts for partner-driven transactions.
• Engage and mentor pre-sales and sales teams on aligned opportunities.
• Develop and execute collaborative sales and marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage relationship maps and engagement schedules.
• Maintain oversight of the partner pipeline and coordinate IFS resources to advance opportunities.
• Organize IFS activities to ensure successful partner sales and delivery outcomes.
• Innovate solutions utilizing IFS technology.
• Implement global IFS policies and procedures aimed at profitable growth.
• Manage partner sales teams and assist in closing IFS opportunities.
• Participate in the refinement of global partner programs, policies, procedures, and strategies.
• Conduct business planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), business assessments, partner status meetings, and pipeline forecasts.
• Identify opportunities and build pipeline through partner relationships.
• Oversee training and certification initiatives.
• Act as the primary liaison between IFS North America and the partner.
• Negotiate, secure, and manage partner contracts.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the partner’s organization, market position, and capabilities to effectively articulate the joint value proposition.
• Significant experience in large IT service-based organizations, particularly within the Business-to-Business and ERP software sectors.
• Ideally, 10+ years or equivalent experience in partner or vendor management within the enterprise technology domain.
• Proven experience in crafting partner go-to-market, sales, and marketing strategies.
• History of meeting and exceeding annual sales quotas.
• Capability to establish and nurture trusted relationships with senior business leaders.
• Proficiency in collaborating with and influencing diverse stakeholders within a matrixed environment.
• Ability to achieve targets and goals with minimal supervision and resources in a matrixed organization.
• Strong business acumen.
• Experience in managing complex technology sales processes and negotiations.
• Robust background and expertise in commercial/sales business development.
• Self-motivated, hands-on professional who plans, prepares, and executes tasks effectively.
• Executive presence adequate for interacting with and influencing C-suite executives.
• High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and initiative.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Previous experience in managing large-scale partnerships.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
